Position Overview

McDonald’s is currently seeking Crew Team Members to support daily restaurant operations. This role is essential for maintaining efficient service across the front counter, drive-thru, and kitchen areas, adapting to shift needs as required. The ideal candidate will contribute to a fast-paced environment by delivering friendly customer service, preparing food to company standards, and ensuring the restaurant remains clean and safe.

Key Responsibilities

Crew Members are responsible for a variety of tasks that keep the restaurant running smoothly:

• Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, handle payments, and provide fast, friendly service.

• Food Preparation: Prepare food items according to strict company standards, including operating kitchen equipment such as grills and fryers.

• Order Assembly: Assemble food orders accurately and efficiently.

• Operations: Work in various stations including the front counter, drive-thru, and kitchen.

• Cleanliness & Sanitation: Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, clean tables and work areas, and adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.

• Inventory Management: Restock supplies and manage inventory levels as needed.

• Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to ensure the restaurant operates efficiently.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Structure

• Hourly Wage: Typically ranges from $13 to $17 per hour, with specific postings indicating a range of $14 to $18 per hour.

• Additional Pay Opportunities: Eligibility for overtime pay, holiday pay, and overnight shift pay differentials.
