About the Role

McDonald’s is seeking Crew Team Members to join our team as a Crew Team Member, where you will play a vital role in our daily restaurant operations. As a key part of our team, you will assist with customer service, food preparation, and maintaining restaurant cleanliness to ensure a positive experience for every guest. This position offers a dynamic work environment where you can work in the front counter, drive-thru, or kitchen, drive-thru, or kitchen, depending on the needs of the shift.

What You Will Do

In this role, you will be responsible for providing fast and friendly customer service, taking customer orders, operating the register, and assembling food items according to company standards. You will operate kitchen equipment such as grills and fryers, handle payments, and restock supplies as needed. Maintaining a clean and safe environment is essential, so you will also be responsible for cleaning tables, work areas, and ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are strictly followed. You will work as part of a team to keep the restaurant running efficiently.
