About the Role
McDonald’s is seeking Crew Team Members to join our team as a Crew Team Member, playing a vital role in the daily operations of our restaurants. As a key part of our team, you will assist with customer service, food preparation, and maintaining restaurant cleanliness. Your work ensures that our guests receive fast, friendly service and high-quality meals every time they visit.
Day in the Life
No two shifts are exactly alike. Depending on the needs of the restaurant and your shift, you may work in the front counter, the front counter, the drive-thru, or the kitchen. You will be responsible for taking customer orders, operating the register, and assembling food items according to company standards. You will also operate kitchen equipment such as grills and fryers, handle payments, restock supplies, and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas.

Compensation
