McDonald’s is seeking Crew Team Members to join a dynamic team as a Crew Team Member, playing a vital role in the daily operations of our restaurants. Day in the Life

No two shifts are exactly alike. Depending on the needs of the restaurant, you may work at the front counter, in the drive-thru, or in the kitchen. You will be responsible for taking customer orders, operating registers, and handling payments with accuracy and speed. In the kitchen, you will prepare food items according to company standards, assemble orders, and operate equipment such as grills and fryers.

Maintaining a clean and safe environment is a core part of the role. You will restock supplies, clean tables and work areas, and adhere to food safety and sanitation standards. Whether you are interacting with customers or working behind the scenes, your attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team will help keep the restaurant running efficiently.
