About the Role

McDonald’s is seeking Crew Team Members to join the team as a Crew Team Member, playing a vital role in the daily operations of our restaurants. As a key part of our team, you will assist with customer service, food preparation, and maintaining a preparation, and ensuring the restaurant remains clean and efficient. This position is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to a team dedicated to providing fast and friendly service.

Day in the Life

Depending on shift needs, you may work in the front counter, drive-thru, or kitchen. Your responsibilities will include taking customer orders, operating the register, and handling payments, preparing food items according to company standards, and assembling orders. You will also operate kitchen equipment such as grills and fryers, restocking supplies, cleaning tables and work areas, and maintaining food safety and sanitation standards. Working as part of a team, you will help keep the restaurant running efficiently while upholding high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
