Job Description

McDonald’s is seeking Crew Team Members to assist with daily restaurant operations. This role is essential for maintaining the efficiency and quality of our dining experience, ensuring that every customer receives fast and friendly service.

Crew Members play a vital part in the team dynamic, working across various areas of the restaurant including the front counter, drive-thru, or kitchen, drive-thru, and kitchen. Depending on shift needs, you will collaborate with your team to keep the restaurant running smoothly and efficiently.

As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while preparing food according to company standards. You will operate kitchen equipment, handle payments, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety throughout the restaurant.
