About the Role

McDonald’s is seeking Crew Team Members to join a dynamic team as a Crew Team Member, playing a vital role in the daily operations of our restaurants. As a key part of our crew, you will help deliver the fast and friendly service our customers expect while maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and food safety that define the McDonald’s experience.

Day in the Life

No two shifts are exactly alike. Depending on the needs of the restaurant, you may work at the front counter, in the drive-thru, or in the kitchen. You will be responsible for taking customer orders, operating registers, and preparing food items according to company standards. Your teamwork will ensure that orders are assembled accurately and served quickly, whether you are handling payments, restocking supplies, or maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas you work.
