Position Overview

McDonald’s is currently recruiting Crew Team Members to support daily restaurant operations. This role is essential for maintaining efficient service across the front counter, drive-thru, and kitchen areas, adapting to shift requirements as needed. The ideal candidate will contribute to a fast-paced environment by delivering friendly customer service, preparing food to company standards, and ensuring the restaurant remains clean and safe.

Key Responsibilities

Crew Members are expected to perform a variety of tasks to ensure smooth restaurant operations:

• Customer Service: Greet guests, take orders accurately, and provide fast, friendly service.

• Food Preparation: Prepare food items and assemble orders according to strict company standards.

• Equipment Operation: Safely operate kitchen equipment, including grills and fryers.

• Cash Handling: Operate the register and handle payments efficiently.

• Drive-Thru Operations: Assist with drive-thru orders and service.

• Cleanliness & Sanitation: Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, clean tables and workspaces, and adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.

• Inventory Management: Restock supplies and manage inventory levels as needed.

• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other team members to keep the restaurant running efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay Structure

The typical pay range for this position is $13.00 to $17.00 per hour. Final compensation may vary based on location and experience. Additional pay opportunities may include:
