Crew Members play a vital part in keeping the restaurant running smoothly, whether working in the front counter, drive-thru, or kitchen, depending on shift needs.

Day in the Life

As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while preparing food according to company standards. Your day may involve taking customer orders, operating the register, and handling payments. You will also prepare food items, assemble orders, and operate kitchen equipment such as grills and fryers. Maintaining cleanliness is a key part of the role, including cleaning tables, work areas, and the kitchen, as well as restocking supplies and inventory. You will work as part of a team to ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met, contributing to a positive environment for both customers and colleagues.
