About the Role
McDonald’s is seeking Crew Team Members to join our team as a Crew Team Member, where you will play a vital role in our daily restaurant operations. As a key part of our team, you will assist with customer service, food preparation, and maintaining the preparation, and ensuring the cleanliness of our restaurant. Your work will help us deliver fast and friendly service to our guests while maintaining the high standards McDonald’s is known for.
Day in the Life
Depending on shift needs, you may work in the front counter, drive-thru, or kitchen. Your responsibilities include taking customer orders, operating the register, preparing food items, and assembling orders. You will also work the drive-thru, handle payments, restock supplies, and clean tables and work areas. Maintaining food safety and sanitation standards is essential to your role.
