About the Role

McDonald’s is seeking Crew Team Members to join the team as a Crew Team Member, playing a vital role in the daily operations of our restaurants. As a key part of our team, you will contribute to providing fast and friendly customer service while maintaining the high standards of food safety and cleanliness that our customers expect. This position offers a dynamic work environment where you can work in various areas of the restaurant, including the front counter, drive-thru, or kitchen, or kitchen, depending on the needs of the shift.

What You Will Do

In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that keep our restaurant running efficiently. You will take customer orders, operate the register, and handle payments with accuracy and speed. You will also prepare food items according to company standards, assemble orders, and work the drive-thru to ensure timely service. Maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, restocking supplies, and inventory, and operating kitchen equipment such as grills and fryers are essential parts of your daily routine. You will work as part of a team to ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are upheld at all times.
