About the Role
As a Moe's Crew Member, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests. This role is designed for individuals who share our passion for hospitality and are ready to make their first step toward a huge career. You will interact with guests in a pleasant, up-beat fashion, ensuring they feel welcomed with enthusiasm and positive energy.
Beyond guest interaction, you will help create a fun and friendly atmosphere that promotes team spirit. The position offers a tip pool and plenty of room for advancement, with clear pathways to becoming a Shift Leader, Assistant Manager, General Manager, or Operating Partner.
