We are seeking an experienced Crane Service Technician (Level 2 or above) to join or relocate to our Anchorage, AK branch. This role is a vital part of our 50+ year legacy of providing unmatched customer service. You will be responsible for performing on-site preventative maintenance, repairs, and modernizations on electric overhead traveling cranes, as well as handling new crane wiring, assembly, installation, and start-up.
In this position, you will spend time consulting with customers on repair and safety-related issues, troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and breakdowns, and generating sales leads during service calls. You will also be expected to accurately document all work performed on service reports while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. While the primary schedule is Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts, the role may require travel, overtime, and on-call availability. A company-provided work vehicle, cell phone, and fuel credit are supplied to support your field operations.
