About the Role
We are seeking experienced Court Reporters to work on a contract basis, visiting client sites within their local area. In this role, you will use specialized equipment to create accurate records of proceedings in various settings, including legal courts, non-profit board rooms, and depositions.
This position offers significant flexibility, accommodating candidates who can work anywhere from a few jobs a month to 2-3 per week. You will represent Neal R. Gross & Co. professionally while interacting with high-level clients across government and private industry.

- check_circleCapture verbatim proceedings of courts, meetings, depositions, and hearings
- check_circleAdminister oaths and participate in depositions, hearings, and other legal proceedings
- check_circleTransport, set up, and operate equipment to capture the record accurately
- check_circlePerform advance preparation including building job worksheets and reviewing case information
- check_circleRepresent the company professionally in all proceedings and client interactions
- check_circleSecure exhibits, perform file backups, and complete required worksheets after proceedings
