Fortrea is seeking a Country & Site Feasibility Lead to join our Field Services Provider (FSP) team. This role is pivotal in shaping operational strategy and planning within the pre-award space. The team is dedicated to delivering robust feasibility and site selection strategies that drive successful global clinical trials.

About the Role

As a Global Feasibility Lead, you will serve as a strategic partner in the development of feasibility reports and site selection strategies for our customers. Your work bridges the gap between pre-award analysis and post-award operations, ensuring a seamless transition of findings to the site selection team.

In this position, you will manage global feasibility projects, leveraging strong data mining and analytics skills to interpret complex scientific data. You will actively participate in cross-functional teams to develop proposals and bid defenses, identifying potential risks and proposing effective solutions. The role requires a diverse skill set, including the ability to lead client-facing interactions, present findings, and mentor junior team members. You will also contribute to process improvement initiatives and the development of systems within the Feasibility department, ensuring best practices are maintained across the organization.
