This position serves as a vital leader within the Dallas Independent School District, dedicated to coordinating the implementation of a comprehensive school counseling program. The role exists to support the holistic development of students across psychological, academic, and social domains, ensuring a cohesive approach to student success from elementary through high school.
As a key liaison, you will bridge the gap between the Counseling Services department and campus leadership, fostering a culture of trust, respect, and responsibility. Your day involves orchestrating district-wide initiatives, facilitating vertical team meetings across feeder patterns, and driving professional development for faculty. You will act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, translating data into actionable insights to enhance student outcomes and reduce dropout rates.
Selected candidates for Dallas Independent School District positions will be placed according to compensation guidelines. Please note that a campus-based employee may not assume a new position until the end of the current semester unless approved by the chief officer of Human Capital Management.
