About the Role

The Contract Analyst I is a pivotal member of ICON's Client Contract Services team, based in Wilmington, NC. This role exists to ensure the seamless coordination, development, and execution of all client and sponsor contracts and change orders for both newly awarded and ongoing projects. You will serve as a central hub, interacting with ICON Legal, the Sales Team, and Contracts Managers to determine appropriate terms and conditions. The position requires building strong relationships across ICON project teams, sales, proposals, finance, and with external clients, while leading or assisting in internal meetings related to contract lifecycle management.

Work Environment

This is a hybrid role located in Wilmington, NC, with an average requirement of three days in the office per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • check_circleDevelop cash neutral payment schedules and project financial analysis to support client submissions
  • check_circleReview client documents and budgets prior to final quality control review by the Contract Manager
  • check_circleSolicit input and review contracts from operational departments to ensure alignment with cost drivers
  • check_circleCoordinate, develop, and execute client contracts and change orders for new and ongoing projects
  • check_circleUpdate Salesforce with accurate and timely information regarding contract and change order status
  • check_circleLead or assist in internal meetings related to contract and change order discussions
  • check_circleCollaborate with Legal, Sales, and Contracts Managers to determine appropriate terms and conditions
  • check_circleBuild and maintain client and project files along with associated tracking tools

Requirements
