Job Description
I-5 Design Build is a growing national design-build firm specializing in high-end gaming, hospitality, and entertainment projects across the United States. We deliver visually striking, high-impact spaces while significantly reducing construction timelines through innovative technology and turnkey execution.
We’re looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction, excellent communication skills, the ability to work with a team, and a passion for delivering top-quality work. This is a full-time travel position, with projects located across the country.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- verified5-10+ years of commercial construction experience
- verifiedMinimum 5 years in a Superintendent, Superintendent/Manager, or Project Manager role
- verifiedProven experience leading hospitality, gaming, retail, or food & beverage projects
- verifiedExperience managing traveling or out-of-town construction teams
- verifiedStrong understanding of commercial construction means, methods, and sequencing
- verifiedAbility to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules
- verifiedProficiency with construction management tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and Google Workspace
- verifiedThorough knowledge of building codes, inspections, and safety regulations
