About the Role

We are looking to hire a Construction Field Manager who is not afraid to get their hands dirty in the field. This is a travel role, working alongside Project Managers and Project Directors. The ideal candidate is a working manager willing to support crews, foremen, technicians, and subcontractors directly in the field. This position involves daily activities on-site, including site walks, coordinating final inspections, and ensuring job sites remain safe, clean, and orderly. You will communicate with clients on the status of jobs, request quotes and order materials, and assist with field productivity and cost control.

Location and Travel Requirements

Candidates MUST reside in or around the Kansas City area to be considered. This is a 90% travel role covering the Midwest region, including Missouri (MO), Kansas (KS), Nebraska (NB), and Iowa (IA). A company truck is provided along with per diems and travel benefits to support this extensive travel requirement.
