About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and safety across active construction zones. This role is vital for ensuring that debris, dust, and hazardous materials are properly removed, supporting a safe and efficient work environment for all personnel. It is an ideal opportunity for individuals just entering the workforce or returning to it with limited experience, as no prior background or specific degree is required; comprehensive on-the-job training is provided.

In this position, you will be the backbone of site hygiene, responsible for cleaning floors, surfaces, restrooms, and equipment. Your day-to-day activities include dusting furniture and fixtures, washing windows and glass partitions, and managing the disposal of construction debris. You will also assist with minor maintenance reporting by notifying supervisors of needed repairs or safety concerns. Effective communication with site personnel and adherence to all safety, security, and compliance standards are essential to your success.
