About the Opportunity
Skills Coalition is looking for a strategic Conference Producer to design and develop content-driven events tailored for the legal and business sectors. This position is fully remote and centers on delivering high-impact conferences through rigorous content research, agenda development, and speaker recruitment.
Role Overview
We are offering two openings for this role. The ideal candidate will possess 2–5+ years of experience in conference production, demonstrating strong capabilities in research and stakeholder management. A key aspect of the position is the ability to scale and manage multiple conferences annually.
Compensation and Location
- Salary: Up to $90,000 USD annually
- Additional Compensation: Bonus and benefits included
- Work Arrangement: Fully remote
- Eligible Locations: Canada and USA
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Content Strategy: Craft compelling, content-driven agendas for events.
- Research: Conduct thorough research to inform event themes and topics.
- Speaker Management: Recruit and manage speakers to ensure high-quality content delivery.
- Production Experience: Bring 2–5+ years of proven experience in conference production.
- Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.
- Scalability: Demonstrate the ability to successfully scale multiple conferences per year.
