About the Role
The Concierge Host is the face of the White Rabbit Sky Lounge guest experience. Occupying a role that sits at the intersection of luxury hotel concierge and nightlife VIP host, this position is responsible for the full lifecycle of every reserved guest engagement, from first point of contact through graceful farewell. The Concierge Host serves parties of six or more, coordinates seamlessly with the Sales & Catering team, and manages table reservations from both our booking platform and approved outside promoters. The ideal candidate carries themselves with the poise of a five-star hotelier and the energy of a premier day club host; warm, polished, and relentlessly anticipatory.

Nice to Have
Prior experience in a concierge, guest services, or VIP host role at a resort, lifestyle hotel, or elevated nightlife concept. Existing relationships within the Los Angeles entertainment, entertainment industry, or luxury lifestyle community. Bilingual communication skills. Working knowledge of wine, spirits, and craft cocktail culture.
