About the Role
Tesoro Group is seeking an experienced Compliance Specialist to join a client team at a property in Fargo, ND. This role supports a single site with over 150 units of affordable housing, including Section 42, income-restricted, and Section 8 properties.
The Compliance Technician is a vital member of the Property Management Team, responsible for administering the site's subsidy program and handling day-to-day administrative tasks. You will ensure the property remains compliant with state, federal, and local housing laws while assisting with marketing, leasing, and turnover operations. The position offers a hybrid path: it is contracted to hire with a conversion opportunity after 90 days, or it may transition to a direct hire for the right candidate.
