About the Role

The Accounting Manager serves as a key partner to the Director of Finance and Assistant Director of Finance, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and safeguarding owner and investor assets. This role is critical for maintaining acceptable levels of internal control and ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations alongside Highgate Hotels' Standard Operating Procedures.

While the position supports the broader finance function, the primary focus is on the management of Payroll, Income Audit, and Accounts Receivable processing and collections. You will be the guardian of financial integrity, handling daily income audits, managing credit and billing processes, and ensuring the accuracy of revenue reports for both internal and corporate distribution. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying root causes of operational issues and providing actionable solutions to improve efficiency and the guest experience.
