About the Role
As a Company Truck Driver Trainee, you will join an entry-level team designed to launch your career in the logistics industry. This role serves as a critical bridge between operational support and professional driving, allowing you to train alongside experienced mentors while contributing to daily deliveries. You will gain hands-on experience operating modern equipment, learning DOT regulations, performing vehicle inspections, and mastering proper loading and unloading techniques. The position offers stable, full-time work with a clear path to earn your CDL and advance to a professional driver role, all while prioritizing getting home safely and more often.
