Companion Care (PT or FT)

About the Role

As a Companion Care provider with Sittercity, you play a vital role in supporting clients within the comfort of their own homes. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about providing companionship and emotional support, mental, and physical well-being to those in need.

What You Will Do

In this role, you will serve as a trusted companion, engaging in stimulating conversations and activities that promote mental and emotional health. Your day-to-day involvement includes assisting clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, housekeeping, and personal care. You will also help maintain a clean and organized living environment through housekeeping tasks. Additionally, you may accompany clients to appointments and outings, when necessary, monitor and report any changes in their health or behavior to the appropriate authorities.
