About the Role
As a Companion Care provider with Sittercity, you play a vital role in supporting clients within the comfort of their own homes. Your primary mission is to provide meaningful companionship and emotional support, fostering an environment that promotes mental and emotional well-being. You will engage clients in stimulating activities and conversations, ensuring they feel connected and valued.
Beyond companionship, you will assist with essential daily living activities, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal care. You may also accompany clients to appointments and outings, providing reliable support and ensuring they have assistance when needed. Throughout your interactions, you will monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behavior to the appropriate authorities, ensuring their safety and care needs are met.
