The Future of Privacy Forum (FPF) is dedicated to advancing privacy and data protection through research, education, and advocacy. As a paid part-time internship based in Washington, DC, this role offers a unique opportunity to support our communications efforts while contributing to the organization's mission. The position reports to the Senior Manager of Digital Communications and offers flexibility to work either hybrid or fully remote.
As a Communications Intern, you will play a vital part in shaping how FPF engages with its audience. You will develop social media content across Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram, assist in branding and marketing initiatives, and help edit and post content for the FPF blog and website. This role involves staying ahead of digital and marketing trends, conducting research for campaigns, and collaborating with internal staff and external contractors to maintain the editorial calendar. It is an ideal position for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.
