Join CSAA Insurance Group, a AAA insurer, as a Commercial Senior Auto Claims Adjuster in a fully remote role.

Role Overview

We are seeking experienced, detail‑oriented commercial auto claim adjusters who can work primarily within the Pacific Time Zone and handle a large inventory of claims ranging from minor to moderate complexity.

Key Responsibilities

  • check_circleInvestigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle auto and property damage claims
  • check_circleExplain policy coverage and appropriate course of action to claimants
  • check_circleArrange and pay for repair, rental, towing, and total loss
  • check_circleDocument claim files and send correspondence to all parties involved
  • check_circleReview and resolve claims within state compliance guidelines and standard operating procedures
  • check_circleManage a large inventory of commercial auto claims from opening to settlement

Requirements

  • verifiedHigh School Diploma/GED or 2+ years of customer service experience in a virtual environment
  • verified1-2+ years of auto or commercial adjusting/liability experience
  • verifiedMust hold an Adjuster license for all applicable states or obtain license(s) within 90 days
