About the Role

Lennox AES is seeking experienced Commercial HVAC Crew Leaders to join our team. In this role, you will travel nationally to work under the supervision of our Project Management Team. of our Project Management Team, typically leading teams of 4 to 6 members. This position offers significant overtime opportunities, with teams typically working 1,000+ overtime hours per year. Foremen and team members also receive industry-leading teams of 4 to 6 members. Foremen and their teams will have the opportunity to work significant overtime hours as projects permit, typically our teams work 1,000+ overtime hours per year. Foremen and team members also receive industry leading per diem rates while traveling for work.

Key Responsibilities

  • check_circleEnforce OSHA construction safety guidelines and ensure compliance at all project sites
  • check_circleRead blueprints and implement installation plans from site drawings
  • check_circleLead and manage field teams of 4 to 6 members on average 6 members during commercial HVAC installations

Requirements
