We are seeking motivated and hardworking Apprentice Electricians to join our team on commercial construction projects. This role is designed for individuals with a minimum of 3 years of commercial electrical experience who are eager to assist journeyman and master electricians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of complex electrical systems.
In this position, you will play a vital part in the lifecycle of electrical infrastructure, with a specific focus on the precise bending and installation of conduit pipe work (EMT, PVC, and rigid). You will work collaboratively with other trades and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time while adhering to strict safety and compliance standards.
Your day will involve interpreting blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical drawings to guide your work. You will be responsible for bending, cutting, and installing conduit to precise specifications, as well as supporting wiring, grounding, and panel installations under supervision. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to learning how to test electrical systems for safety and efficiency, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring all work meets NEC and local regulations.
You will maintain a safe and organized work environment by strictly adhering to OSHA guidelines, working in various environmental conditions, and handling heavy equipment. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and a genuine willingness to learn from experienced mentors.
