As a Collections Representative, you play a vital role in ensuring financial stability by following up with insurance companies to resolve unpaid claims. This remote position is essential for maintaining accurate account balances and ensuring timely resolution of delinquent payments through effective communication with carriers and customers.
Work Environment
This is a remote position performed in an office setting. The role requires a stationary setup with frequent sitting or standing, repetitive wrist motions, and the ability to adjust focus for close and color vision. While the work is primarily sedentary, the position may occasionally require lifting, carrying, walking, climbing, kneeling, bending, stooping, twisting, pulling, pushing, and reaching above the shoulder. Requirements
