About the Role
We are seeking an experienced CNC Machine Programmer Machinist to join a manufacturer in the Willoughby, Ohio area. In this full-time, permanent position, you will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating various CNC machines to drive production efficiency.
Your day-to-day will involve loading programs, adjusting and setting offsets, and troubleshooting machine processes. You will utilize your strong math skills and proficiency with standard measuring devices—such as micrometers, calipers, and tape measures—to ensure precision. While the core focus is on CNC operations, the role also values candidates with exceptional skills in mold assembly, grinding, and polishing, as well as experience with manual and CNC mills.
