Closing Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Closing Manager to lead our team during the evening shift, ensuring a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for our guests. This role is pivotal in maintaining our high standards of operational execution and nightly shutdown procedures. As the leader on duty, you will be responsible for managing the closing process from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Sunday through Thursday) and 11:00 PM (Friday and Saturday), working approximately 40 hours per week with potential for overtime based on performance.

Day in the Life

Your day will be defined by a hands-on leadership style and an upbeat personality. You will serve as a guest advocate, ensuring that no customer leaves unhappy, while overseeing the preparation and service of high-quality food. This position requires you to be on your feet for extended periods and capable of handling all menu items, including tasting them to maintain quality standards. You will also manage the physical demands of the role, such as lifting up to 50 lbs, and ensure our facilities and equipment are well-maintained.
