Our mission is rooted in a culture of empowerment, ethical practice, and patient-centered care. We provide robust clinical support, mentorship, and clear pathways for professional growth, ensuring our clinicians have the resources they need to thrive while advancing their careers.
As a Clinical Psychologist on our Healthcare & Medical Services team, you will serve as a vital link in delivering comprehensive mental health care. This role exists to bridge the gap between clinical expertise and patient needs, offering evidence-based assessment, diagnosis, and treatment through both in-person and telehealth appointments.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, therapists, and other clinicians to develop personalized care plans that drive improved patient outcomes. Your day-to-day involves conducting risk assessments, safety planning, and crisis interventions while maintaining the highest ethical and documentation standards. You will also play an educational role, empowering patients and families by explaining mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies.
We are committed to finding the right fit for our team. Candidates who meet our core qualifications will be invited to discuss their clinical experience and approach to patient care. The process focuses on assessing clinical competence, cultural fit, and alignment with our values of empowerment and ethical practice.
