LifeStance Health is dedicated to a culture rooted in empowerment, ethical practice, and patient-centered care. Our Healthcare & Medical Services team provides robust clinical support, mentorship, and clear pathways for professional growth, ensuring every clinician has the resources needed to thrive while advancing their career.
As a Clinical Psychologist, you will provide evidence-based assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for diverse patient populations through both in-person and telehealth appointments. This role exists to improve patient outcomes by collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized care plans. You will serve as a key partner in the continuum of care, bridging the gap between comprehensive psychological evaluations and actionable treatment strategies.
In your day-to-day, you will conduct clinical interviews and administer psychological tests for children, adolescents, and adults. You will translate complex data into integrated, clearly written reports that offer diagnoses, case formulations, and evidence-based recommendations. Beyond the clinic, you will guide patients and families through feedback sessions, explaining results and connecting them with essential resources for treatment, school, or work supports. Your work will be deeply collaborative, involving coordination with psychiatrists and other behavioral health professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
We are committed to finding the right fit for our values and clinical needs. The process typically involves an initial conversation to discuss your background and interest in LifeStance, followed by a deeper dive into your clinical experience and approach to patient care. We look for candidates who demonstrate cultural competence and a genuine commitment to our mission of empowering patients and providers alike.
LifeStance Health is an equal opportunity employer. We value diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. We consider qualified applicants regardless of background, ensuring that our team reflects the diverse communities we serve.
