As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will serve as an integral member of the healthcare team, designing, implementing, monitoring, evaluating, and modifying patient pharmacotherapy to ensure effective, safe, and economical patient care. Your work will involve making critical therapeutic decisions, such as drug and drug product selection and dosing, while collaborating with colleagues to optimize patient outcomes.
In this role, you will conduct research to retrieve and evaluate the best available pharmacotherapeutic information from literature and guidelines. You will also provide essential education and support to patients, caretakers, and staff, ensuring that everyone involved in the care process is well-informed and empowered.
