Accel Therapies is seeking experienced and mission-driven Clinical Directors (BCBAs) to lead our center-based teams in Council Bluffs, IA. This leadership role blends clinical excellence with operational and staff development responsibilities. As a Clinical Director, you will mentor Clinical Supervisors, guide program integrity, and help drive high-quality outcomes for the families we serve.

- check_circleConduct and review functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
- check_circleEnsure high clinical standards through QA activities and data-driven decision-making

- check_circleDevelop individualized training plans and lead onboarding for new clinicians

Requirements
- verifiedMaster's or doctoral degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field
- verifiedActive BCBA certification
