As a Clinical Dietitian I, you will join our dedicated team to provide specialized nutritional services and therapy to a diverse patient population, ranging from pediatric to geriatric individuals. This role exists to ensure effective dietary management that complements medical treatment, helping patients achieve their health goals.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate medical and nutritional needs for a variety of health conditions. Your day-to-day involves assessing nutritional needs and current health plans to develop personalized dietary-care strategies. You will serve as a vital educator, communicating dietary plans and advice to patients and their families to promote healthy eating habits and adherence to recommendations. Additionally, you will document patient care, track progress, and adapt plans as necessary, ensuring that the latest nutritional research and evidence-based practices are integrated into your patient care.
