We are seeking a compassionate Clinical Assistant to join our women's Residential Treatment Program (Marty Mann). In this role, you will collaborate with a skilled clinical team—including Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselors, Nursing staff, a Clinical Pharmacist, and Patient Navigators—to provide high-quality care. Your work will be instrumental in fostering a safe, therapeutic environment while assisting with daily operations and monitoring resident progress.
This position is designed for an individual who is passionate about helping others and committed to promoting recovery and wellness. You will work closely with the treatment team to ensure patient needs are identified and met appropriately, prioritizing the comfort and safety of every resident.\n Your day-to-day impact involves observing patients to detect behavior patterns, intervening as necessary to maintain a safe facility, and documenting shifts, behaviors, and conflicts in appropriate logs. You will also assist in the training of new clinical assistants and support the broader needs of the program. This role requires strong communication skills and a dedication to the journey of recovery.
