About the Role

As a Clinic Manager - Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you will bridge the gap between clinical excellence and operational leadership. You will make a powerful impact on your local community through inclusive physical therapy treatment while managing the daily operations of your clinic.

In this role, you will develop and deliver personalized plans of care for a diverse patient population with both orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses. You will objectively measure patient outcomes using cutting-edge software and efficiently document evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and discharge notes. Beyond clinical duties, you will handle financial, administrative, and personnel management, collaborating with teammates to grow your skills and clinic culture.
