About the Role
As a Clinic Manager - Physical Therapist, you will lead with purpose, making a meaningful difference in your community while guiding your team and delivering exceptional patient care. This role is designed for clinicians who want to build a meaningful career where they can focus on what really matters: patient care.
In this position, you will provide inclusive, patient-centered physical therapy to a diverse caseload with orthopedic and neurologic needs. You will create and implement individualized plans of care that drive meaningful outcomes and track progress using advanced outcome-measurement tools. Beyond clinical duties, you will manage day-to-day clinic operations, including financial, administrative, and personnel responsibilities, while fostering a strong, collaborative clinic culture.
The schedule is a 45-hour work week, split between 35 hours treating patients and 10 hours dedicated to administrative duties. You will have the flexibility to choose early shifts, late shifts, or condensed weeks to fit your life.
Hiring Process

Requirements
- verifiedDegree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- verifiedLicensed or license eligible as a Physical Therapist (PT)
