About the Role
As a Clinic Manager at CORA, you'll lead with purpose—making a meaningful difference in your community while guiding your team and delivering exceptional patient care. You will provide inclusive, patient-centered physical therapy to a diverse caseload with orthopedic and neurologic needs, creating and implementing individualized plans of care that drive meaningful outcomes.
In this hybrid clinical and leadership role, you will manage day-to-day clinic operations, including financial, administrative, and personnel responsibilities. You will lead and support your team while fostering a strong, collaborative clinic culture. The schedule is designed to balance direct patient care with leadership duties: a 45-hour work week consisting of 35 hours treating patients and 10 hours dedicated to administrative duties.

This full-time, salaried position is located at 9560 Crosshill Blvd. Suite 110, Jacksonville, FL 32222.

Requirements
- verifiedDegree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- verifiedLicensed or license eligible as a Physical Therapist (PT)
- verifiedAt least one year of experience as a Physical Therapist
