About the Role
As a Clinic Manager at CORA, you'll lead with purpose—making a meaningful difference in your community while guiding your team and delivering exceptional patient care. This role is designed for a Physical Therapist who wants to build a meaningful career in an outpatient setting where they can make real connections and see their impact.
You will provide inclusive, patient-centered physical therapy to a diverse caseload with orthopedic and neurologic needs, creating and implementing individualized plans of care that drive meaningful outcomes. Beyond clinical duties, you will manage day-to-day clinic operations, including financial, administrative, and personnel responsibilities, while fostering a strong, collaborative clinic culture.
The schedule is structured as a 45-hour work week, consisting of 35 hours treating patients and 10 hours dedicated to administrative duties. You will have the flexibility to choose early shifts, late shifts, or condensed weeks to fit your life.
