About the Role
Based in Columbus, OH, this Class B CDL Equipment Operator role is designed to operate light and heavy-duty trucks and work equipment at customer sites. You will be responsible for performing both driving and non-driving duties associated with hazardous waste clean-up. The vehicles you will operate include vacuum trailers, roll-off trailers, van trailers, box trucks, and high-powered vacuum loaders.
This position is integral to our emergency response capabilities. You must be available for project work that may take you out of town for up to two weeks at a time, with hotel and per diem provided. The role involves a rotating on-call schedule for emergency response every other week, alongside site remediation, equipment decontamination, and the handling of hazardous materials.
Hiring Process
New hires for this position are required to attend a two-week Academy training program located out of state. This is paid training, and all expenses are covered by the company. Upon completion, you will be ready to begin operations at customer sites.
