Pet and Rider Policies

• Pet Policy: Dogs are welcome for a fee of $300, which is deducted incrementally from your paycheck.
• Rider Policy: Riders must be at least 18 years old and are required to sign a waiver.

About the Job

This position is for a Company Driver (W2) operating a Dry Van on Over-The-Road (OTR) routes. As a team driver, you can expect an average weekly pay of $3,200 and an average of 5,000 to 7,000 miles per week. A key feature of this role is that there is no driver load or unload required.\n

Home Time

Our standard schedule expects drivers to be out for 21 days, though you have the flexibility to stay out longer if you prefer. In return, you earn 7 days of home time for every 21 days worked, ensuring you are home at least one weekend per month.

Hiring Requirements

Candidates must hold a Class A license without restrictions for Air Brakes, Night Driving, or Semi Trailers. Additionally, applicants must have at least 12 months of Tractor Trailer experience. Drivers with 12 months of experience will be placed on a probation period upon joining.
