About the Role
This position is for a Company Driver operating a Dry Van on Over-The-Road (OTR) routes. The role is designed for teams, offering an average of 5,000 to 7,000 miles per week with no driver load or unload responsibilities. Drivers can expect to be out for approximately 21 days at a time, with the flexibility to stay longer if desired. The schedule ensures at least one weekend home per month, with a policy of earning 7 days of home time for every 21 days worked.
Hiring Requirements & Process
Candidates must possess a Class A license without restrictions for Air Brakes (L, Z), Night Driving (G), or No Semi Trailer (O), along with at least 12 months of tractor-trailer experience. Drivers entering the team with 12 months of experience will serve a probationary period.
Policies & Culture
