Pet and Rider Policies
We welcome pets on the road with a $300 fee for dogs, which is deducted incrementally from your paycheck. Riders are permitted provided they are at least 18 years old and sign a required waiver.
About the Job
This position is for a Company Driver (W2) operating a Dry Van on Over-The-Road (OTR) routes. The role is designed for teams, with an average weekly pay of $3,200 per team and an average of 5,000 to 7,000 miles per week. A key feature of this role is that drivers are not required to perform load or unload duties.\n
Home Time
Our standard schedule expects drivers to be out for 21 days, though you have the flexibility to stay out longer if you prefer. In return, you earn 7 days of home time for every 21 days worked. This schedule ensures you are home at least one weekend per month.
Hiring Process
Candidates with 12 months of tractor-trailer experience will be placed on a probation period upon joining the team.
