About the Role

As a Class A CDL Route Driver in Albany, NY, you will be the backbone of our mission to create a more sustainable future. You will operate 30-45' open-top dump trailers across a regional footprint, hauling and delivering food waste on intra- and interstate routes. This role is not just about driving; it is about maintaining the integrity of our operations by ensuring client locations are left clean and free of debris using pressure washers and basic hand tools.

You will work in a safety-sensitive environment where diligence and a clear mind are paramount. Your day will involve managing multiple stops, performing pre- and post-trip inspections, and communicating seamlessly with customers and the operations team. Whether working Monday through Thursday or a Monday through Friday bi-weekly schedule, you will contribute to a collaborative, values-driven team culture where your growth and well-being are prioritized.

Safety & Commitment

This position is a safety-sensitive role. The employee has the responsibility for their own safety as well as the safety of others. We participate in the PEAKS Safety Program, which includes quarterly and annual regional raffles to recognize and reward safe driving. All drivers are expected to attend weekly safety calls, trainings, or briefings and report all accidents and injuries immediately to the safety manager.
