About the Role
As a Class A or B CDL Driver, you will be the backbone of our operations, responsible for driving dump trucks to various job sites. This role requires more than just operating a vehicle; you must be able to communicate effectively with office personnel regarding site issues and provide excellent customer service. You will be expected to perform pre- and post-trip inspections meticulously and handle physical tasks, including lifting up to 75 lbs. While experience with asphalt, rock, milling, and dirt is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate.
Work Environment & Schedule
We operate Monday through Friday, with Saturday work as required by job demands. Shifts typically run from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, though hours vary depending on the client. We require flexibility in your schedule and occasionally offer voluntary night shift work with a significant pay differential. You will be assigned your own truck with onsite fueling available.
